Originally founded in 1986 and under new management since 2004, CelSue Construction Services, Inc. continues to provide high-quality sitework and storm water management services in the metropolitan areas for government, commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Both WBE and MBE certified, Celsue provides services in the Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia area. Overall, we are dedicated to serve our clients with responsive leadership and management consistency throughout each project’s duration.
Ruth Davila, President of Celsue Construction since 2004, is a Professional Engineer certified in the state of Maryland with more than 30 years experience in the land development and construction business. Ruth has participated in all phases of development, including planning, design, administration and execution of field work.
